Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please note that items returned to us without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This enables us to assess the issue promptly and put it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain categories of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or grooming products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may then place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
